Tyler FC Kings secured 2nd place this past weekend after defeating Foot Factory 6-4 in Tyler. It was TFC’s first home game this fall season and also the first time TFC wins 2 games during the regular season. The Kings managed to score 6 goals, 3 of which came from the Man of the Match Javier Leonor giving Leonor his first “hat trick” for the Kings. Only one other player has scored a hat trick for Tyler FC, Brazilian #7 Emanuel Santos vs Houston Regals on June 10, 2017. The other goals were scored by #3 Jimmy Sandoval (26’), #14 Carlos Romero (82’) , and #18 Asiel Palomares (84’).
Tyler FC’s next match will be on the road and played in Dallas to face FF Premier once again. Footy Factory will host The Kings on October 12 at 12 noon to try and redeem themselves. After having a 6-2 lead at some point in the game Tyler Kings feel confident that they can keep up their good form and defeat them once again.
